WuShi
Terms of Use
Effective 1 October 2026
1. Agreement
By downloading or using WuShi ("the App"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. What WuShi does
WuShi helps you keep track of things that run out, renew or expire, and reminds you before they need you. It is a reminder tool. It does not replace checking the label, the package insert, your doctor or pharmacist, or the documents from your insurer or provider.
3. Reminders are best effort
We work hard to make reminders reliable, but they depend on your device, its settings, notification permissions and the dates you enter. We are not responsible for losses that come from a reminder that didn't arrive, arrived late, or was based on a wrong date. Always check important dates — medicine, documents, insurance, contracts — yourself.
4. Free and WuShi Plus
WuShi is free for your first 10 things. WuShi Plus unlocks unlimited things, shared groups and more. Plus is available as:
- A monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically.
- A one-time lifetime purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Your content
What you put in WuShi is yours. You're responsible for it, and for what you share in groups. Don't use groups to share anything unlawful or anything you don't have the right to share.
6. Brand logos
WuShi can show well-known service logos next to your own records, so you can tell them apart. All trademarks belong to their owners. WuShi is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. No warranty
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.
