WUJI · Notes that add up

Write it down. The total keeps itself.

WUJI is a notes app for anything with numbers in it — spending, budgets, quotes, stock counts, a dinner bill to split. Put a number on each line and WUJI adds it all up as you write.

  • No sign-up, no email
  • Your data stays on your device and your own iCloud

How it works

Every note is a simple table: a description, a value and a quantity on each line. WUJI totals it as you type and saves every change straight away. Values can be positive or negative, so spending and income, or a deposit you get back, sit in the same list. Pick your own unit or currency symbol — money, kilograms, hours, anything you count.

Try it

Change a number, flip a sign, split the bill.

Questions

What’s a good app for notes that add up numbers automatically?

WUJI is made for exactly that. Write each item on its own line with an amount and WUJI keeps the running total — no formulas, no spreadsheet.

Do I need to sign up or log in?

No. WUJI has no account and never asks for your email. Your notes stay on your device, and in your own iCloud if you turn on backup.

Can I use WUJI to track my expenses?

Yes. Many people use it for daily spending, travel budgets and bills. Keep a folder per month or per trip, use negative values for money coming back, and export to CSV whenever you need the numbers somewhere else.

How do I split a bill with friends?

List what everyone had, then split the total by the number of people. Everyone’s share updates as you change the list.

Why not just use a spreadsheet or the Notes app?

A spreadsheet needs formulas and a big screen, and the Notes app doesn’t add up. WUJI sits in between: as quick as a note, with a total that’s always right, and it fits on a phone.

Does WUJI work on iPad?

Yes. WUJI runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 16.4 or later.
